One UI 4 is getting closer and closer. This new version of Samsung’s customization layer is coming soon, but not without several important new features that promise to take the user experience to another level. That is why there are many who wait for it, including those of the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10e and S10 +. Will these mobiles receive the One UI 4 update? If yes, when will they do it? The answers to these questions are shown below.
Samsung is being quite reserved about One UI 4. However, what is known about this update is already substantial, which, for a few weeks now, is being tested on several mobiles of the South Korean firm , so it can be access the beta easily.
Luckily for many users, Samsung is one of the brands that offers the most support for updates to their phones, both in duration and frequency, being up to 5 years in some specific cases. The Galaxy S10, S10e and S10 +, meanwhile, still have support for updates , being mobile phones with little age and time to have been launched. WILL ONE UI 4 COME TO THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S10, S10E OR S10 +?
The answer is a resounding yes … or is it at least expected, it is worth noting. Samsung has not yet revealed an official list of the phones that will get One UI 4.0 , which is why it is not entirely certain that the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10e and S10 will welcome the software update. However, as they still have update support and have been Samsung’s flagship at the time, in addition to being devices without much antiquity, it is unlikely that they are not worthy of the new firmware package of the South Korean manufacturer. In turn, they are included in the list of mobiles that would be compatible with One UI 4.
This leaves us with the fact that they may also receive Android 12 , since One UI 4 is based on said OS in the beta that the Galaxy S21 can access at this time.
WHEN WILL THEY RECEIVE THE UPDATE?
Another detail about One UI 4 is that it is not yet known when it will be launched exactly , as Samsung has not yet wanted to have the gesture of revealing such information. However, the fact that the beta has already been released and is being tested indicates that its release date is near. In question, it is expected to arrive at the end of the year, shortly before 2022 begins, so November and December seem to be the months in which we will receive the new update.
Now, that One UI 4 arrives on a certain date does not mean that the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10e or S10 + will get it at that very moment. It may take a few weeks before they get the update, as newer phones would get it first, like the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy Note 20, for example.
For now, it only remains to wait for some confirmation or announcement by Samsung that indicates or denies that this trio will receive the One UI 4 update and when will they begin to receive it, if they will.
