using the Run console (Win + R) and the gpedit.msc command, launch the Local Group Policy Editor;
in the left block of the snap-in, go through the branches Computer Configuration – Administrative Templates – System – Logon;
on the right, select the option “Always wait for the network at startup and logon”, right-click – “Change”;
in the properties window of the policy setting, select the “Enabled” value, if otherwise, and apply the setting;

Clearing the Temp Folder in Safe Mode

System Restore

The source of the problem is not always obvious, but if the failure began to appear not so long ago, it is possible that recent changes in the system provoked it. A universal solution – returning the OS to a previously created restore point when the error did not occur will help fix the problem:

open the system recovery snap-in using the Run console (Win + R) and the rstrui query;
click “Next” and in the next window select the desired restore point created before the failure, after which we start the process with the “Finish” button;
The computer will restart and the operating system will return to the correct state.
