By phone number

- the actions are the same as in the previous method, but in the corresponding field we indicate not the mail, but the phone number;
- Having received an SMS with a verification code, enter the cherished numbers.

Via Facebook
We use a linked Facebook profile (linking a social network is a prerequisite):
- in the login form, select the option “Login with Facebook”;

Thanks to synchronization with a Google account, the browser also saves data for authorization on different sites.
To view the current password in the browser:
- click on the profile button in the upper right corner;
- select the round icon with a key (Passwords) to gain access to the Password Manager;
- scroll through the list of saved passwords for sites and select the desired option;
- to view the password, click on the button in the form of an eye.

Now let’s look at options on how to recover on Instagram by contacting the service support service if the profile is blocked (in each case, access to the mailbox will be required).
Unblocking a profile without identity verification
The algorithm of actions is as follows:
- on the Instagram support page we send a request for unlocking;
- to the question that appears whether the profile is used to represent a company, product or service, we answer “No”, even if this is actually the case (a positive answer will complicate the unlocking process);
- fill out the form with personal data and click “Submit”;
- a message will be sent to the mail with further instructions (for example, you will need to write the code from the letter on the sheet and take a picture with it, then send the photo to support). If the service does not respond for a long time, you can try again.
Unlock with proof of identity
The second option involves sending documents. To restore an Instagram account, we write to the support service using a different link. The form will be the same, but at the end you need to attach a photo of an identity document.
If there is no response, try sending the application several times until you get the desired result.
Appeal against a decision to deactivate an account
