As Android-loving users we cannot with our genius, and we are always trying to download and install various applications, which although we may later uninstall because they do not serve us much, the truth is that we surely like to try again and again everything new that appears in the world of our favorite android. In short, the truth is that many times we can get discouraged when trying to download a new tool from Google Play, and it can happen for various reasons.
Among other things, we may not be able to install a certain application from Google Play because it informs us that said app is not compatible with any of our devices. It may also happen that this tool is not available for download from the Google Play store, for example because it does not correspond to our region or country. Another scenario that may arise is that we want to download an application that appears in the Google Play store, but we want to install it on a device with an older version of Android that does not have Google Play.
What can we do then? In principle, do not be discouraged, since there is a possibility that will allow us to install that application that we want so much on our Android device . For this, we can resort to APK files, which are similar to the executable exe files that are usually used in Windows.
It is important to mention that all Android apps usually have their APK files, since they are packaged that way. To copy these types of files from eg PC to Android device, any file manager can be used. When we have the APK on the device on which we want to install the application, all we have to do is open that file by clicking on it.
Changes in the smartphone
Whether it is a smartphone or a tablet with Android, before we can install an application through an APK file we will have to make a small change to the device.
What we will do is go to “System Settings”, then click on “Security”, and enable the item “Unknown sources”, which will allow the installation of applications to be carried out through another method.

With regard to downloading APK files from Google Play, what we will do is use the service offered for free by the Android application developer Evozi.
1. To do this, click on this link.
2. Then on this website we enter the URL of any application that appears in the Google Play store.
3. Once this is done, we click on the “Generate Download Link” button.
4. The download of the APK file of the application that we have chosen to Evozi’s own servers will immediately begin.
5. Then a new button will appear that says “Click here to donwnload (application name) now”, which we must press to start the download on our PC or on our device.
6. Once downloaded and entered on the Android device, we just have to click on the APK file for the application to be installed on our computer.
It is important to mention that because the APK files are downloaded directly from Google Play, the chances of downloading an app with malware is almost nil. On the other hand, let us bear in mind that to avoid application piracy, Evozi only allows us to download APK files of free applications from Google
