All you have to do is click on the speaker-shaped icon that will appear below the word. This icon appears both in the words that we write in the text box and in the ones that appear when translating. By clicking on it, we will hear the pronunciation of the word in question aloud, which is ideal for learning.
You can listen aloud to both a word and a phrase or even a small text. But it is important that you keep in mind that the longer the text, the more inaccurate the pronunciation will be, since this tool works better with single words .
HOW TO CHANGE PRONUNCIATION SPEED IN GOOGLE TRANSLATE
If the voice that teaches you the word is too fast (or too slow), you will be interested in knowing how to change the speed of pronunciation in Google Translate.
To do this, you will have to enter the Android Settings. Within this menu you will have to access System Settings> Language and input> Text to speech. There you will find a slider button with the legend Speed rating. By moving it you will be able to choose all the narrations, including also the readings aloud that the Google translator does.
This change will not only apply to the translation tool, but to all the read-aloud made by the Android system.
If you only want to make the speed change for a translation in a timely manner, you will have no choice but to modify the system settings at each change, since there is no way to do it directly from the translator.
